Welcome to Collin's Elves

Collins Elves was founded in 2019 by Collin Arthrell when he was just 10 years old. Inspired by his two older brothers, who are nuclear engineers in the US Navy, Collin embarked on a mission to support service members.

Feeling a gap in connection with his brothers, Collin decided to give back to the military community. What began with sending 96 lbs of candy overseas has quickly expanded. The support poured in not only from Pittsburgh but also from across the nation in 2022. Within ten days, donations came in from military families in all 50 states.

During the festive season, Collin's initiative, Stockings for Sailors, has made a significant impact on deployed service members from various branches on Naval vessels. To date, over 5 vessels have received care packages containing essential items like cell phone chargers, toiletries, snacks, and handmade cards to bring a touch of home during the holidays.

Looking ahead to 2024, Collins Elves aims to provide support to siblings and children of active duty service members. Plans include organizing activities for them to connect with peers facing similar challenges, fostering a support network akin to that found among military personnel.
